Refund Policy
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, for any reason. No questions asked, no justification required.
2. EU right of withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union, you also have a statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. AgentOS honours this in full and treats it as identical to the policy in section 1.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your Paddle order ID in the subject line. We process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
4. After the refund
Once refunded, your license is deactivated and the Software will no longer pass license validation. You agree to uninstall AgentOS from all devices.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase. AgentOS does not offer pro-rata refunds for updates released after your purchase date.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We honour legitimate refund requests promptly and prefer to resolve issues directly.
